CAI-OC provides the most direct line of marketing to community association board members and community managers in Orange County. With more than 1,500 members, the chapter is the largest in California and one of the largest in the nation. We are continually growing to reach the more than 4,700 community associations in Orange County.
The chapter has many educational events including luncheons, mini-trade shows, forums and classroom seminars. All of these offer both exhibitor and marketing opportunities. In addition to the educational events, the chapter provides many social events to meet the networking needs of our members, including an annual golf tournament, billiards tournament, annual PCAM reception, holiday social and more. The signature event of the chapter is the Annual OCEC Awards Dinner to recognize the outstanding contributions of our members and those serving the community associations in Orange County.

Social Networking Events

Symposium & Expo
With more community managers and HOA board members in attendance than any other state-wide event, the Committee has maximized the trade-show experience for all members and continued quality educational sessions.
Homeowner Leader Classes
In keeping in line with our mission statement, the CAI-OC Education Committee is dedicated to the education of Community Association Volunteer Board Members and Community Managers. Along with monthly luncheons, the Chapter holds two four-week series of Community Leadership Training Programs (CLTP). Specifically geared to the leadership of HOA’s, these courses will provide an in-depth discussion and up-to-date information on topics critical to your association’s success. Your marketing opportunity dollars ensure we can facilitate these fundamental educational programs at no cost to community managers and homeowner leader members.
Community Manager Breakfasts
The Community Manager Support Committee has created a new educational forum and networking for community managers only. These educational sessions will address issues that will help community managers advance their education goals with CA.
Advertising opportunities include the chapter's award-winning OC View. A 36-page, full color magazine distributed to more than 1,500 members and digitally available to all community associations and community managers in Orange County. The chapter's website is the leading resource for HOA board members with an on-line service directory, best practice reports, articles on legislative updates for the industry and much more.
CAI publishes an annual membership directory that is sent to all chapter members. The directory is a helpful resource for our members when looking for vendors who specialize in the industry. Your membership includes one company listing under the service category of your choice. Additional listings and ads are available for an additional fee and a great opportunity for our members to have your contact information at their fingertips!
CAI has an online service directory that includes your company listing along with the opportunity to place an ad. Our online service directory is open to the public so even non-members can locate your company information.
