
COMMUNITY MANAGER: A friendly, mid-sized South Orange County Management Company is seeking an experienced, full-time Community Manager for management of homeowners’ associations (preferably CMCA Certified). Are you friendly, self-motivated, responsible, organized, detail-oriented, possess superior time management skills and exhibit care and concern for your clients? If so, we may have the job for you! As a part of our team you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of associations including: overall administration, operational support, liaison with homeowners, board members and vendors and monitoring the financial aspects of each community you manage. We are very flexible as far as time to get kids from school etc. You must be a team player and be willing to contribute to the overall success of the company. In return, we will contribute to your success! You will never have more than 6 evening meetings in a month.
