Come and hear how to deal with communicating with members through virtual meetings and how can you help your members during difficult times. Topics to include:

  • Working with homeowners during difficult times.
  • How can the board provide reasonable accommodations.
  • Practical solutions – Looking at alternative solutions.
  • How are Managers and Board Members coping with emotionally charged situations, including conflict resolution.
  • Looking outside the box to keep your community connected – virtual social events
