CAI-OC Couch Connect 15: Implications of COVID-19
Join us for an in-depth discussion of reopening Orange County association facilities in the aftermath of a pandemic. We will be discussing:
- Orange County’s general plan for reopening public restaurants, houses of worship, gyms, pools, tot lots, and more!
- The Orange County Health Agency’s role in determining who gets vaccinated when, as well as an overview of Orange County’s preparedness in dealing with the current stage of the pandemic.
- Keeping a legal perspective in mind when opening your association’s facilities.
We are all in this together. Our fantastic panel will help educate and guide us during these unprecedented times in gradually opening up our pools, clubhouses, gyms and more to our members.
Guest Speakers:
Tara Campbell currently works as Chief of Staff for Orange County Supervisor Donald P. Wagner, who represents East Orange County. Tara has worked for the County of Orange for the past four years on many issues including health care, public safety, and homelessness. Tara also serves as a Councilwoman for the City of Yorba Linda, and served as Mayor of Yorba Linda in 2019.
Cang N. Le, Esq. is a partner at Angius & Terry, a law firm that for over three decades has represented homeowners association in construction defect, litigation and as general counsel. Cang has practice community association law for 15 years representing homeowners associations from inception, to the board room, the courtroom, and appellate courts.
