Have you ever had a homeowner who doesn’t understand why some repairs are association responsibility and some are homeowner responsibility? As a community manager or board member you need to be sure what maintenance is taken care of by the association and what is homeowner responsibility. The association attorney can prepare a matrix showing responsibility of all maintenance as well as define where easements lie and property lines lie. This program will answer all your questions.
- Who decides who pays who for what?
- What do you mean it’s my responsibility.
- Why did the association paid for my neighbors leak?
- What’s a variance? What’s an easement?
- What’s a maintenance matrix and why is it important?
