CAI provides education, resources, advocacy, and networking to the Homeowners Association industry with the commitment of helping homeowner volunteer leaders enrich their communities. Attend our Board Leadership Webinar Series for board member training and take advantage of educational programs for additional training and to stay up-to-date on the industry. Plus, access time and money-saving tools, learn industry standards, have access to resources to equip you as a volunteer leader, and take advantage of opportunities to share information and knowledge with your peers.

While joining CAI on your own is important, having your entire board connected to CAI is the best way to ensure you are making informed decisions – and an excellent way to help your board members achieve the results, respect and recognition they deserve.

The annual membership dues are $305 for an Association Board of 3-15 board members. ($45 mandatory advocacy support fee included in membership fee.)

Fee for one board member or a homeowner: $130 per year (includes advocacy fee).

The mandatory Advocacy Support Fee goes directly to our Legislative Action Committee and supports the efforts of CAI to represent and protect our members on state legislative and regulatory issues.

There is also an optional contribution to CAI’s Foundation for Community Association Research- a tax deductible donation to a 501(c)(3) organization.

Membership Dues are non-refundable.
