Angie Adams CMCA, AMS, PCAM is President of Pacific Coast Management, Inc. and has 22 years in community association management. She is currently Co-Chair for the Education and Membership Committees for the Orange County Chapter of CAI. She has worked with several HOA boards in developing their volunteer guidelines and goals with the knowledge she has learned through CAI.
Louie A. Brown, Jr. is a partner with Kahn, Soares & Conway, LLP. He manages the firm's Government Relations Group representing clients before the California State Legislature and various state administrative agencies. Mr. Brown specializes in providing clients with expert advice in maneuvering through California’s complex legislative and administrative process. He has written numerous laws and played key roles in many of the Legislature’s major accomplishments and budget negotiations over the last decade.
Matt D. Ober, Esq., CCAL is a Senior Partner of Richardson Ober PC and presides over the firm’s highly regarded community association law practice. He is currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Greater Los Angeles Chapter, and served two terms as President of CAI’s local chapter serving the Greater Inland Empire. He is also a three-term delegate to CAI’s California Legislative Action Committee and a member of CAI’s National Faculty.
