Guest Speakers:
Scott Clements, RS, PRA, CMI is Chief Executive Officer of Reserve Studies Inc. He has achieved the prestigious Reserve Specialist (RS) designation from Community Associations Institute (CAI), and the Professional Reserve Analyst (PRA) designation from the Association of Professional Reserve Analysts (APRA). He also holds the Certified Master Inspector (CMI) designation from the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA).  Mr. Clements is an active member of Community Associations Institute and was recognized as 2010 Educator of the Year by CAI Orange County.

Sabrina Davoodian, CMCA is a community manager with Accell Property Management and currently oversees a diverse portfolio of associations. She has been active in the community management industry for over six years with a background in accounting. She has a passion for working with communities to develop and execute long term plans to overcome hardships and create a stable foundation for long-term financial stability in order to protect the investment of its members. For these efforts, she was recognized as the Manager of the Year in the Rookie Category in 2017.

Michael Kiss is the Founder and President of Summit Consulting & Architecture.  The company was founded to focus on investigation and repair of construction defects, and to provide architectural construction specifications, documents and plans.  Mr. Kiss had participated in all phases from destructive testing, expert testimony, and all aspects of reconstruction.  This included the production of drawings and specifications for repairs as well as all construction management and project oversight.
