Wendy Bucknum, CMCA, AMS, PCAM serves as Vice-President of Business Development, for Associa-PCM, AAMC and formerly served as Governmental and Public Affairs Manager on-site at Laguna Woods Village.
Ms. Bucknum is the immediate Past - Mayor of Mission Viejo and has served on the city council since November 2014. In addition, she is a commissioner on the Local Area Formation Commission, Orange County (LAFCO), serves on the Community, Economic and Human Development Committee of the Southern California Association of Governments, is the Chair of the Jobs and Economic Development Committee on the Association of California Cities, OC, and served as a Mission Viejo City Commissioner for Community Services Commission for four years.
Janet L.S. Powers, Esq., CCAL is a senior supervising attorney in Fiore Racobs & Powers' Orange County office.
Ms. Powers is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and Community Associations Institute (CAI). Ms. Powers has been a frequent member of the faculty for the CAI National Conferences and at the CAI Law Seminars. Most recently she participated on the Panel of Pundits, and taught sessions on Ethics. She has been actively participating and providing comments to the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH) on its proposed housing regulations
concerning common interest developments.
Katy Howe, CMCA with Associa-PCM, AAMC is the General Manager of Laguna Woods Mutual No. Fifty (The Towers), a 311 unit senior living high-rise in Laguna Woods Village. In her role, she works with the association’s Board of Directors, a staff of 35, and a variety of vendors to provide a high level of amenities to the residents. She also coordinates with the City of Laguna Woods, the Orange County Fire Authority, the County of Orange, Saddleback Community College, and the other Laguna Woods Village associations on providing much needed services to the residents.
