The Controller is responsible for providing the Board of Directors and the Association with financial information necessary for budgetary and financial decisions.
Reporting to the GM, the Controller is responsible for providing the Board of Directors and the Association with financial information necessary for budgetary and financial decisions. Manages daily operations of the Accounting Department and represents the Association to Financial institutions, our CPA/Auditor, and collections attorney. Manages the Association’s financial activities by expediting accurate and timely procedures pertaining to financial matters. Assures financial plans are consistent with organizational goals. Oversees IT support and coordinates with external IT Consultants as needed. Directly supervises three full-time positions.
- A Bachelor's degree is required from a recognized college or university, with a major emphasis in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; at least five years of increasingly responsible professional and applicable experience in a management or supervisory level position; Master’s degree preferred, but not required. Property management or HOA experience a plus, but not required. Recreation, or relation fields; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential job duties.
- Membership in one or more organizations related to planned communities desirable and a commitment to acquiring CAI certification within one year from date of employment. CPA desirable.

Salary: $107,525.00 per year.
