Description:

A friendly, mid-sized South Orange County Management Company, Amber Property Management, is seeking an experienced (minimum of two years as an HOA Manager), full-time Community Manager for management of homeowners’ associations (preferably CMCA Certified). Are you friendly, self-motivated, responsible, organized, detail-oriented, possess superior time management skills and exhibit care and concern for your clients with  excellent communications skills?  If so, we may have the job for you! As a part of our team you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of associations including overall administration, operational support, liaison with homeowners, board members and vendors and monitoring the financial aspects of each community you manage or assist on. You must be a team player and be willing to contribute to the overall success of the company. In return, we will contribute to your success!
