Mr. Beaumont is an active member of California Association of Community Managers (CACM), Community Associations Institute (CAI), and served as the 2012 President of Greater Los Angeles Chapter of CAI. Louie A. Brown, Jr. is a partner with Kahn, Soares & Conway, LLP. He manages the firm's Government Relations Group representing clients before the California State Legislature and various state administrative agencies. Morgen Hardigree is the Vice President of Business Development and Transitions for Optimum Professional Property Management, Inc. Morgen has been employed in the community management industry since 1993. She managed a Master Planned Community consisting of 2,273 units and 39 sub associations along with other types of communities including condominiums and planned developments. She serves on the Chapter Legislative Support Committee and the California Legislative Action Committee (CLAC).
