-Ism: A Discussion on Race, Religion, Sex Age & Disabilities in Our Communities
May you unwittingly be discriminating against others?  When might your inaction expose you to liability?  Are you certain about when and how to ask residents to verify that they have a disability, whether that requires hard flooring, a dog in the pool area, or a reserved parking spot in the common area?

Before you answer that next email, RSVP for the March luncheon, a discussion on race, religion, sex, age & disabilities in our communities, and learn about the FHA’s Regulations that are supplying a basis for discrimination claims.

  • Discriminatory harassment and third party liability
  • When are tenants a protected class
  • How and when to request verification for accommodations
