As housing costs reach all-time highs throughout the state, Californians are getting creative and finding ways to manage those costs. With increases in the number of people living in a home, and less money available to care for their properties associations and cities are feeling the impact in a number of ways. Join us to hear about how associations and cities are dealing with issues such as:
- Deferred maintenance
- Granny Flats, garage conversions and short term rentals
- Side hustle – running a business out of your home
