Community Associations Institute’s California Common Interest Development Law Course is the most comprehensive legal course available for professionals managing community associations. Participants will be provided with a comprehensive review of California and Federal laws affecting community associations including the Davis-Stirling Act, California Corporations Code, Common Interest Law and specifics relating to common interest developments.

Attention Community Managers:
This course meets the requirement along with your CMCA designation to be called certified under the Davis-Stirling Act.

IS THERE AN EXAM?
An exam is administered immediately following the course and consists of 60 true/false questions.  

COST:
$60 for members
$99 for non-members and late registrations 
(Late registrations begins on Tuesday, September 12th)
