Special Guest Speakers:

Kevin Kostka is the Commercial Sales Manager for Alan Smith Pools and Remodeling. His 14 years in the swimming pool industry have included servicing, warrantee, remodeling, and designing both commercial and residential swimming pools and spas, and outdoor recreation areas. Mr. Kostka has his Bachelors degree from Biola University in both Biology and Education, which has helped equip him to instruct and train both the property management and service industries. Mr. Kostka is a member of the Technical Committee for the Swimming Pool industry’s Research Center, and also is a member of the Education Committee for the National Plasterers Council.

Ran Tomaino is the Director of Sales & Marketing for Andre Landscape Service. Mr. Tomaino is a graduate of Cal State Fullerton with a degree in Communication. He began his landscape career in 2001 and became an ISA certified arborist in 2003. Mr. Tomaino is very involved with the landscape industry and has helped to strengthen the water management program within Andre Landscape Service for their landscape maintenance clients.
